“Returns” Policy

   This is a one-person operation created to help you learn and play fiddle better. You are respected, and respect is requested in return.

   If a problem is caused by a defect or malfunction, please get in touch immediately so the problem can be sorted out for you and for the sake of everyone else.  It is not our policy to refund money, but we will make sure your fiddle-online account has the credits you are entitled to.

   Please note that purchases are accompanied by clear messages and confirmation dialogs to make sure users know and want what they are getting, before being charged, followed up by confirmation emails.  Users are responsible for any purchases and subscriptions they choose to order.

   Transparency is provided via user homepages and the Credits page, which show how many credits are in the user's account at any time, with a list of purchases and expiration dates. Subscribers are able to cancel their own subscriptions directly on the Credits page.

   All purchases result in account credits or direct services, and credits do not expire; they can always be used in the future, or transferred to another user.
