“Returns” Policy

   This is a one-person operation created to help you learn and play fiddle better. You are respected, and respect is requested in return.

   If a problem is caused by a defect or malfunction, please get in touch immediately so the problem can be sorted out for you and for the sake of everyone else.  

   It is not our policy to refund money, but we will make sure your fiddle-online account has the credits you are entitled to.

  All purchases are accompanied by clear messages and confirmations to make sure users know and want what they are getting. Users are responsible for any purchases and subscriptions they choose to order.

 Transparency is provided on the Credits page, which shows how many credits are in the user's account, and a list of purchases and expiration dates. Subscribers can cancel subscriptions directly on the Credits page.

   All purchases result in account credits or direct services.  Credits do not expire; they can always be used in the future, or transferred to another user.
